Job Site Inspections – Approximate costs:
National Inspections by local Inspector - $2,500
(Includes up to 1 hour site visit, 1 hour travel time, and a 1 issue written report)
National Inspections Flat Travel Rate (for multiple days):
Per inspector - $2,000/day
Per Senior Inspector - $2,250/day
Donato Pompo - $2,500/day
plus expenses; includes 10 hours travel and work time combined per day
(30% surcharge for after hour’s time – before 6am and after 6pm or Weekends)
Testing - Quoted on a case by case basis
Hourly Rates - (30% surcharge for after hour’s time – before 6am and after 6pm or Weekends)
Local Inspector Fee - $200
Senior Inspector Fee - $225
Labor to Remove and Assist - $150
Travel Time not including mileage - $150
(Any travel delays beyond our control are at the client’s expense)
Donato Pompo Fee - $250
Travel Time not including mileage - $175
(Any travel delays beyond our control are at the client’s expense)
Consulting, pre trial preparation, mediation - $250
Expert Witness - depositions/arbitrations/trial
Inspectors - $250
Donato Pompo - $300
Administrative Services performed by clerk - $125
Additional Charges -
Travel and Misc. Expenses (air, auto, hotel) - Cost plus 20%
Per Diem subsistence fee (meals) per inspector - $75/day
Mileage - $0.50/mile
Color Copies of Photos - $1.00/each
Cancellation Fee (in addition to incurred expenses) - $500
Prepaid Retainer (applied towards invoice) - $3,000 or estimated cost
