Myths, Facts, Impacts (MFI)
Of Sexual Harassment
Sexual Harassment is a major liability for businesses today, and as an employer if you do not have a company policy covering these issues, and if you don’t have a proactive program to educated your employees and managers, and if your company does not respond properly to sexual harassment complaints, then your liability becomes a reality that can be very expensive in terms of penalties, and loss of time and valuable employees.
The following courses were created by Anderson-davis, Inc. who specializes in sexual harassment training and consulting. Anderson-davis is the most experienced sexual harassment compliance, harassment investigations and respectful workplace compliance/sensitivity training company in the United States. These courses are designed to help you fulfill your “due diligence" responsibilities as addressed in the 1998 and 2001 U.S. Supreme Court sexual harassment cases and the 1999 EEOC Enforcement Guidelines complaint to all federal standards.
The courses will produce a diploma at the end after the student has passed the course. The diploma should be used for the students’ records and for the student to give to the employer for their personnel file records showing that they completed the course with a passing grade.
